Is shipping really free?
Yes! 100% free shipping on every order, everywhere in the world. No hidden fees, no minimum purchase required.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us immediately at support@fitchickpower.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us at support@fitchickpower.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Should I be worried?
Not at all! Sometimes tracking doesn't update during transit, especially for international orders. If it's been more than 10 business days since your order shipped, reach out to us and we'll investigate.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by your country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
